Returns

Subject to exceptions, you can return any item purchased on Zanen-Zanen within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned via recorded delivery.

A refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment card, subject to your return being accepted you will receive a confirmation email.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Should this be the case, the package will be sent back to you.

Goods cannot be returned once they have been used. Please check for any faults before you decide to use the item.
